Our story

The Coach's Corner

Coach's Corner started the way the best barbecue stories do — with a smoker in the backyard, a crowd of hungry players, and a coach who couldn't stop tinkering with his rub.

After years of feeding teams, families and the whole neighborhood on game days, friends kept saying the same thing: "You ought to sell this." So we did.

Today we smoke brisket, ribs, pork and chicken low and slow every morning, and pair it with the fixings we grew up on. Pull up a seat — you're on the team now.

Where we show up

Serving Our Community & the Surrounding Areas

We're a food truck, so we don't wait for you to come to us — we bring the smoke to you. The truck rolls out to ballfields, school functions, church gatherings, office parks, festivals and fundraisers across town and out in the surrounding areas. If there's a crowd, we'll find it.

Outside our regular spot? Call us and we'll bring the truck, the smoker and the fixings to your event — big or small.
